Thank you for inquiring about commercial/concession space for the 2009 Southwest Washington Fair, August 18 - 23, Tuesday through Sunday.

Please contact the Southwest Washington Fair office at (360) 740-1495 or (360) 736-6072 for a complete 2009 Vendor Information package. You will need to complete the required application and return it along with brochures, photographs, samples, etc., of your product and your display.

Photographs are required from food concession vendors. All photographs, brochures, samples, etc., become Fair property and will not be returned.

Your application will be considered immediately. Applications are reviewed periodically as space is available. We will be contacting you by phone to discuss a location if we have space available. If you are interested in the space, a contract will follow in a few day.

Payment in full will be required upon receipt of your contract.

The Fair makes every effort to offer a variety of exhibits and food to fairgoers. We use product diversity as the main rule of thumb when contracting with new vendors.

If you receive a contract, the Fair requires that you provide us with an insurance certificate. The Fair will provide you with a copy of our insurance requirements along with your contract.
